Are you ready for Easter Eggs ??? The great EGG OFF What method of cooking eggs is  faster and which one makes eggs easier to peel ? Test the 2 methods and share your results. Method 1 :  Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven from Family Fresh Meals blog on the internet. Cook Time 30 min Ingredients 10-12 large Eggs Here is what you do.  STEP 1) Preheat your  oven to 325. Some of the posts I found  said between 325-350. My eggs turned out perfect at 325. If you know your oven runs cooler, try out a higher temp. STEP 2) Place eggs in a muffin tin to prevent them from rolling around. STEP 3) Cook for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, remove eggs from the oven and place in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Blogger left them in there for about 10 minutes. OVERNIGHT STEEL CUT OATS Copied from the Tupperware blog post Yield:  4 Ingredients 1 cup steel cut oats 4 cups water Instructions The night before you’re ready to enjoy: Combine steel cut oats and water in base of Microwave Rice Maker. Microwave at 50% power 8 minutes. Portion into four Microwave Cereal Bowls and store in refrigerator overnight. Morning of: Microwave one bowl of oats uncovered at 50% power 3–4 minutes. Add reduced-fat (2%) milk or water, adjust to desired thickness. Add desired toppings. Serve warm. Notes Suggested toppings: walnuts and shredded coconut, peanut butter and strawberries, cinnamon, almonds and dried cranberries, or pecans and golden raisins. Grilled Chicken Cacciatore 20 minutes or less YES please !!! What do I need ??? Micro Pro grill you can buy HERE for $199 totally worth the money. I use mine almost every day. Yield:  2 Serving Size:  1½ cups Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, chopped 1 large green bell pepper, chopped 1 small yellow onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, peeled, minced ¼ cup tomato paste 1/4 cup crushed tomato 1/4 cup chicken stock 1 tsp. corn starch 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. coarse kosher salt Instructions: In the base of the  MicroPro™ Grill , add chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Lime-Ginger Fizz I hate soda so this is an alternative to just plain water. To cook this recipe you will need   one of our  popular items so here is a link to my site where you can shop  HERE Micro Pitcher $29.00 For this recipe you need the following ingredients : Ingredients 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger 1 cup water 1 cup lime juice (approximately 8 limes) 16 ounces plain seltzer Instructions In the Micro Pitcher combine sugar, ginger and water; microwave using high power 1 minute. Stir and microwave 1 additional minute. In a pitcher, combine simple syrup, lime juice and seltzer. Serve over ice .
